There are three different obligations to open interfaces

  1. Essential data, free available
  2. Single ticket interface, grant access to another service provider
  3. Acting on behalf,  grant access to another service provider

Provided service sets out the conditions on which interface obligations apply.

Terms and conditions restricting the use of an interface are not permitted. With regard to the minimum obligations, the requirements for reasonableness, non-discrimination and fairness set out in the Act on Transport Services apply to the terms of use of sales interfaces.

If provided service is limited to small group or to small area obligations to open single ticket interface and acting on behalf interface does not apply.
